Intelligent Feedstock Management
Post-consumer and post-industrial streams arrive either unprepared or pre-processed. PRI performs lot identification, segregation, conformity assessment, and traceability tracking from day one. Feedstock variability is managed at entry — not at the customer's molding machine.

Preparation
Preparation as Value Creation
Size reduction, washing, density separation, contaminant removal, and optical and triboelectric sorting eliminate unpredictability — dirt, contaminated polymers, metals, inks, and instability. Output: clean, homogeneous material with stable feeding behavior and predictable compounding inputs.

Compounding
Compounding as Risk Transfer
Multiple recycled streams, additives, fillers, and colors combined under controlled dosing. Vacuum degassing for volatile removal. Variability management shifts upstream — away from the customer's process. The customer receives pellets with defined behavior, consistent specification windows, and lower qualification effort.
PRI does not sell recycled pellets "as-is." We deliver engineered material solutions where variability is absorbed by the process — not pushed downstream to our customers.
